Step 1 — Get in touch with us and share a brief introduction to your needs.
Some key information we require includes: the dates of your event, the number of guests, the style of service (formal dining or family-style), any allergies or dietary requirements, the location, and the duration of the service (a single event, a week, or a month of chef services).
Step 2 — Within 24 hours, our team will present a proposed menu and price. Once the menu and pricing are confirmed, a 20% deposit will be required, along with your acceptance of our terms and conditions.
*For long-term engagements spanning several weeks or months, a personalized system will be implemented to ensure seamless service throughout.
Step 3 — On the day of the event, our team will arrive at the venue at the earliest convenient time to begin preparations. A prior visit to the kitchen, or photographs of the space and available equipment, may be required to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Step 4 — Once the event concludes, our team will ensure the space is left clean and orderly, taking care that all equipment and items used are thoroughly cleaned and properly stored.
